1) uninstall old version of anydvd
2) goto %program files%\slysoft and delete the whole "anydvd" folder
3) reboot
4) run foxkiller (as admin)
5) reboot
6) disable internet connection
7) install anydvd
8) disable auto update
9) install the key

and enjoy!
