Der Smart-Cutter for DV and DVB ist ein kleines aber leistungsfähiges Videoschnittprogramm für hochauflösende Filmdateien von AVCHD- oder HDV-Camcordern.

Auch HDTV-Aufnahmen lassen sich damit problemlos von störender Werbung befreien.

Das Programm arbeitet besonders flott, weil es nur die Schnittstelle, aber nicht den kompletten Film neu berechnet.
